Integrated gate driver achieves an inverter drive of 200kHz with an external signal. Test environments can be constructed quickly, in combination with a dedicated controller.

The SiC (silicon carbide) device which is expected to be the next generation power semiconductor enables REDUCED power consumption, MINIATURIZATION of power inverter circuits, such as inverters and DC/DC converters. This product is a test tool for the purpose of learning SiC control technology quickly.

Set up an experimental environment quickly with our large capacity power supply and dedicated controller. The SiC inverter is connected to Myway Plus' large capacity power supply, pCUBE and APL-II. The insulated, SiC dedicated controller which implements hardware protection function, PE-Expert 4, can be easily connected to SiC inverter.
