Integrated gate driver achieves an inverter drive of 200kHz with an external signal. Test environments can be constructed quickly, in combination with a dedicated controller.

Building an experimental environment quickly with a high-capacity power supply and dedicated controller
Set up an experimental environment quickly with our large capacity power supply and dedicated controller. The SiC inverter is connected to Myway Plus' large capacity power supply, pCUBE and APL-II. The insulated, SiC dedicated controller which implements hardware protection function, PE-Expert 4, can be easily connected to SiC inverter.
