Myway Plus Corporation (hereinafter Myway Plus) recognizes the value and importance of the personal information of its customers. In order to ensure the safe storage of the personal information that customers entrust to Myway Plus on their own will and to use such information in its business activities while respecting the customers' will, Myway Plus has formulated and intends to implement the following personal information protection policy.

Myway Plus may subcontract the processing of entrusted personal information to a third party within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose(s) of use, such as the analysis or processing of information or feedback to customers. Myway Plus will conduct such subcontracting as appropriate for its business content and scale, select a third party after confirming sufficient level of information security and exercise necessary and adequate supervision to the third party by such means as making contracts.
7. Myway Plus may use personal information for purposes such as:

   • Providing information on events, exhibitions, etc.
   • Sending informational magazines, email magazines and other information distributed by Myway Plus
   • Providing information on products, services, etc. of outsourcers of Myway Plus

9. Myway Plus will, based on the provisions of the related laws or regulations, properly respond to requests from customers regarding the handling of personal information such as to review, correct, stop usage or delete personal information.
